Technical Lead for Chonkus Games
DESCRIPTION
GAM Project developed over 2 Trimester in Year 2.
● Collaborated with a team of 8 as the Technical Lead to create a Custom Engine in C++ to develop a 2D Physics-based Puzzle game, in C++ and Lua, as a GAM project spanning 2 Trimesters.
● Developed an ECS using SparseSet and Component Pools, Engine Architecture, Input System, Event System, Lua Gameplay Scripting System, Particle System, and raycasting.
● Delegated roles and responsibilities every sprint to all developers to produce the best possible product for every milestone.
● Managed the technical development and helped developers to ensure that game-breaking bugs were fixed quickly.
